Before and After: Faded Chevron Blue Farm Chair

How are you all doing today? I've loving a lazy weekend, just puttering around working on all my 'stuff'. Because it's been so busy lately, I haven't had a ton of time for Lather projects, so I was really pumped to come across this simple sturdy wood farm chair last weekend on my thrifting adventures.

There's nothing like a little instant gratification that comes from an easier project (than say a dresser or more complex table). Plus I've been dying to try out chevron stripes so this seemed like the perfect opportunity! This was also my chance to do some custom paint mixing and I put together a PIY Pointers for you, watch for it later this week! So without further adieu, here's the final product!

It feels so fresh to me, I'm really loving how it turned out. It would look fab in a mudroom or even as a bedside table....here's some more pics!

If you live in the Winnipeg area and think the Faded Chevron Blue Farm Chair is just what you're looking for, you can email me or buy it here.  Or if you have your own piece of vintage furniture that may just have some Lather Creations potential, email me at lhume1@mts.net for a quote!

Have a lovely day friends!
