Style Peek: hearts bubble top + black cardi + straight jeans


Wondering why I look so happy in that photo? Probably because I'm in love with curvy styles available from UK online retailers! Why or why can't you find gorgeous, modern, affordable clothes in curvy sizes this side of the pond?? It's unjust. I refuse to be matronly - my new life mantra!

This heart print bubble top was one of my first Dorothy Perkins purchases and I think it's so sweet. Many would advise against a bubble for the 'already bubbly' but I don't care - it's so comfy and the print makes my heart swoon!

    I love this top... I have been perusing their website for awhile now and might just have to place an order. How was the quality?? And did you order 1 size up from your normal size??

    Hi Meghan, I found the quality to be fairly equal to the pricing...slightly better than Old Navy but not quite as good as The Gap. I ordered my normal size - a size 16us which is a size 20uk. The size charts with measurements are very accurate so use those as your guide! Good luck!

    Thanks for the tip about AE jeans! I'm in love! Have you tried their colored skinnies? They don't seem to fit the same.

    Hi Lenore, I want to order from Dorothy Perkins also but I'm afraid of the customs fees to Canada.I've seen some complaints by US customers that it's way to much. Did you get charged a lot?
